Here are the 10 things you NEED TO KNOW about T&C!
1. How To Download The Event App
The Official Event App, which is sponsored by The HOTH, contains ALL the information you need to make the most of your time at T&C 2024… so download it here NOW.
Using the app, you can:
- Create your own personalized agenda. You’ll have access to the full agenda and speakers so that you’ll know what sessions you NEED to attend. (FYI: The agenda even exports to your calendar!)
- Plan your time by viewing the full attendee list, including all the profiles of the exhibitors and sponsors. You can even filter the exhibitors and sponsors according to what you are looking for!
- Arrange meetings with other attendees, exhibitors, and sessions.
2. How To Find Us
T&C 2024 is being hosted at Caesars Forum.
The full address is:
Caesars Forum, 3911 Koval Ln Las Vegas, NV 89109
Please note: This is NOT Forum Shops OR Caesars Palace – this is a brand-new venue located through the LINQ promenade, under the High Roller Observation Wheel. As a reminder, if you’re staying at our official hotel, Harrah’s, you are literally connected to the Caesars Forum
Still not 100% sure on where you are meant to be going? No worries, we’ve got you covered, no matter which way you decide to get there…
Remember: Caesars Forum is a convention center located through the LINQ promenade, under the High Roller Observation Wheel. So if all else fails look for the wheel… it’s pretty hard to miss ;).
If you are coming by Taxi/Uber:
The building address is 3911 Koval Lane however sometimes it’s listed as SOUTH Koval Lane but don’t worry… they both will direct you to the same place. However, top tip please ask your driver to be taken to the ‘west entrance off LINQ Lane’ for your destination, this should get you as close to the conference as possible!
From taxi drop off to Forum
- If you are arriving by ride-share or taxi, enter the glass doors at the ride-share drop-off point. You are in Caesars Forum!
Walking from Harrah’s to Forum
- From the Valley Tower Elevator take a right to the escalators. From the Mountain Tower elevator take a left towards the escalators near Fulton Street Food Hall.
- Go up the escalators and follow signs towards Parking Garage
- Take a left into the connector hallway and walk towards the escalators
- Go up the escalators/stairs and pass the Monorail entrance. Continue down the hallway to Caesars Forum.
From Caesars Palace to Caesars Forum
- Head to the hotel lobby and exit towards Las Vegas Blvd. You’ll see Omnia on your left.
- Cross over S. Las Vegas Boulevard
- Turn right after you pass Margaritaville and you are now in the LINQ Promenade.
- Continue down the LINQ Promenade toward the High Roller (the big ferris wheel)
- Continue towards Caesars Forum via the walkway under the High Roller. You’ll see signage for Caesars Forum Conference Center.
- Proceed to badge pick up then into Caesars Forum through the glass doors
3. How To Beat The Queues
Early Badge Pick Up will be held at the Forum Ballroom Foyer at Caesars Forum. You can pick up your badge early on Monday, January 8, 12pm to 6pm.
Or you can pick up your badge when the show is open:
- Tuesday, January 9 from 8am
- Wednesday, January 10 from 9am
- Thursday, January 11 from 9am
For badge pick up you’ll need:
- Valid ID
- Confirmation email and QR code
Remember: For a fast check-in when you arrive, you’ll need the QR code (emailed to you). If you need us to email you the QR code again please email [email protected].

You also have access to all our Meet Ups. They are your chance to meet people who share the same interests as you. There is no fixed format, just informal discussions to help you get ideas, hacks, and inspiration.

6. How To Access The VIP Lounge
If you’re a VIP, we want to make sure you have the *ultimate* T&C Experience… and so we’ve got some goooooood stuff in store for you in the VIP Lounge. The VIP Lounge is also where you can meet and host meetings with other VIPs!
Located in the Exhibition, the VIP Lounge is open:
- Tuesday January 9: 9am – 6:30pm
- Wednesday January 10: 9am – 6:30pm
- Thursday January 11: 9am – 4pm
You can expect:
- Coffee (including a barista!), tea, water and soda served all day.
- Grab and go breakfast items between 9am – 11am including bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwiches and parfaits.
- Grab and go snacks all day like chips, popcorn, beef jerky, candy bars, nuts, pretzels, ice-cream and more.
- Meeting areas and sofas with charging points
A reminder that as a VIP you also get 3 lunch vouchers so that you can grab lunch at the concessions area at the back of the Expo Hall between 11am – 3pm.
7. How To Attend T&C After-Hours Events
It wouldn’t be T&C without A LOT of networking opportunities… so to make things a bit easier for you we’ve rounded up everything you need to know about networking at T&C!

This party is ONLY available to VIPs… and it’s your chance to unwind in style after day one. You can expect networking, drinks and to have FUN with the best marketers, agencies and entrepreneurs that have been at T&C!

Looking for a lunch spot? You can either visit the LINQ Promenade, Harrah’s or if you want something a bit closer… we have a lunch concessions area at the back of the Expo Hall!
Lunch will be served between 11am – 3pm and you can view the food menu here.
Remember: If you’re a VIP you will get 3 vouchers for the concessions area when you collect your badge!
