As our T&C family, your safety and comfort is our top priority.
There are going to be some changes at the December event, but we want you to know that the heart of T&C will NOT change. T&C is home to thousands of marketers, so we’re doing everything we can to welcome you back safely.
Health and safety guidelines have changed a LOT over the past few months. Even though we don’t have all the answers right now, we will update this list as often as we can. If you want to learn more about our H&S initiatives, read below.

Just like you’re doing at home, we’re obsessed with sanitizing every surface as often as possible. To make this happen at T&C, we’re introducing a brand new superhero into the space:
Here’s what our Cleaning Heroes are doing to save the world of T&C:
This is just a small list of what our Cleaning Superheroes will do to make sure every area of T&C is super clean and safe. More details about cleaning will be provided along the way. Keep checking back for new updates.
Keeping 6 ft between you and your favorite people can be hard. And it’s going to be even harder in a big venue with thousands of people. Some of you may even feel nervous about getting too close.
But never fear, Social Distance Assistants are here! These wonderful people will give you a friendly reminder to keep that all-important distance.
But our Assistants won’t be alone in their quest. There will be lots of new ways to help you keep it “Hands Off” – most you already know from supermarkets and shops:
Anyone showing any symptoms or feeling unwell will be directed to our onsite wellness room for professional medical support.
It wouldn’t be T&C without advanced, actionable content. We want you to learn all those actionable strategies without a worry. That’s why conference rooms will get a few updates as well. Here are some of the initiatives:
If there are too many people in the keynote rooms for your liking, don’t worry – we will stream the sessions in other areas of the event.
Streaming of the sessions will also be available for people that are not comfortable attending the event in person – details to be announced soon!
Ah, the good old days when we could walk up to a buffet line and load our plates with huge spoons of meat and potatoes #memories.
Just like you’ve seen at Starbucks or your favorite local cafe, all food will be wrapped and ready to grab safely. With floor stickers and the help of our Social Distance Assistants, getting your lunch will be a breeze.
You will still be able to enjoy your lunch with friends and colleagues at our tables. These will be socially distanced, with fewer people, but still full of great conversations!
As you can see, there is a lot going on to make sure you feel confident attending T&C in December – including a wellness room with medical support if somebody feels under the weather.
Just be sure of the fact that T&C 2020 will be the SAME great event our community has come to expect and love, with amazing content, actionable learnings and incredible networking (even at a distance).

T&C 2020 was scheduled to take place on March 31 – April 2 but will now be taking place on December 15 – 17, 2020 in San Diego.
All tickets for the March dates will be honored for the rescheduled December dates. If that doesn’t suit you please reach out to our awesome Customer Success team on firstname.lastname@example.org so that they can work with you to find the best option for you :)
