What We're Doing to Keep You Safe

Your safety and comfort is our TOP PRIORITY. There are going to be some changes at the September event, but we want you to know that the heart of T&C will NOT change. T&C is home to thousands of marketers, so we’re doing everything we can to welcome you back safely.

Health and safety guidelines have changed a TON over the past few months. The good news is that now San Diego is allowing events to run with no capacity restrictions and no social distancing requirements.

To attend you will need to be fully vaccinated two weeks before the show or have had negative test results within 72 hours of arrival to the show, this is all in accordance to State guidelines.

Whilst we will not check for proof by all attendees, spot checks will be in place. So please have your vaccination card or negative test available onsite. Although we don’t have all the answers right now, we will be updating this page regularly with information about our health and safety initiatives.

Although this list is subject to change pending USA and State guidelines, here are the safety measures you’ll see at T&C 2021:

  • People will need to be fully vaccinated and/or have a negative test within 72 hours.
  • Masks are highly recommended if you are fully vaccinated (this will be reviewed closer to T&C)
  • If you are not vaccinated you’re required to wear a mask
  • There are currently no State restrictions on capacity and no social distancing requirements!
  • Increased regular deep cleaning
  • Hand sanitizer stations
  • COVID safe catering
  • Anyone showing any symptoms or feeling unwell will be directed to our onsite wellness room for professional medical support.

If you have any questions our Customer Success team is always here to help – you can reach out to them directly at support@trafficandconversionsummit.com.

Cleaning

Just like you’re doing at home, we’re obsessed with sanitizing every surface as often as possible. To make this happen at T&C, we’re introducing a brand new superhero into the space:

CLEANING HEROES

Here’s what our Cleaning Heroes are doing to save the world at T&C:

  • Regular cleaning rotations throughout the event space
  • Deep cleaning all event areas, including all high touch points areas such as registration and food areas
  • Hand sanitizer stations throughout the event
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be used by our Cleaning Heroes where applicable
  • Speakers: all microphones and audio equipment will be disinfected between each speaker

This is just a small list of what our Cleaning Heroes will do to make sure every area of T&C is super clean and safe. Keep checking back for new updates.

Food

Just like you’ve seen at Starbucks or your favorite local cafe, any food served will be wrapped and ready to grab safely.

You will still be able to enjoy your lunch with friends and colleagues at our tables.

Requirements

In accordance with current State law, you will need to be fully vaccinated two weeks before the show or have had negative test results within 72 hours of arrival to the show.

Whilst we will not check for proof by all attendees, spot checks will be in place. So please have your vaccination card or negative test available onsite.

Full details on requirements are listed below:

  • Full vaccination is defined as completion of the two-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine administered at least two weeks in advance of the event. For further information, visit here.
  • Negative Test results must have been received 72 hours of their arrival at the event.
  • All international attendees must be vaccinated.

As you can see, there is a lot going on to make sure you feel confident attending T&C in September – including a wellness room with medical support if somebody feels under the weather.

Rest assured,  T&C 2021 will be the same great event, with amazing content, actionable learnings and incredible networking (even at a distance).
